Make a Payment
Payments for your class fees is now directly through our online system "Dance Studio Pro" Make sure you are enrolled and registered into the system to be able to access payments.

Term fee payments are due in advance of classes for each term and non refundable under any circumstances once paid.
There is NO REFUND on term payments or carry over credit to another term. Classes must be completed within the current term. Discounts are not given on classes missed.
If classes are missed due to illness or injury, students may make them up (within the same term only), provided there is another class of similar standard available. Teachers are booked for classes per term for the number of students per class.
All fee rates are based on a half hour class e.g if your child attends Kinderdance a for 45mins, then the extra 15mins above the half hour rate is no extra charge. Rates are not altered for the number of weeks in the term or for extra increase of time above the normal.
R.V.D.A Clothing
All students must purchase the R.V.D.A Hoodie and T-Shirt to wear as warmup and at competitions and other RVDA events.
For Foundation Levels the Hot Pink and Elevation Levels the Black uniform must be worn at all times for Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Theatre classes. If unsure speak to a staff member.

(School Holidays from Friday 3rd April to Monday 19th April)
Term 2:
Monday 20th April to Saturday 27th June
(School Holidays from Sunday 28th June to Sunday 12th July)
Term 3:
Tues 14th July to Sat 19th September
(School Holidays from Sun 20th September to Sunday 4th October)
Term 4:
Monday 5th October until Friday 18th December
Note: classes are NOT held on public holidays.

Dance Studio Pro Portal Information
Our software program for accounts/communication was launched in 2020, which made online enrolment and registration much easier. To enrol in your classes online and have your own family/student portal is a wonderful system. All payments are via Dance Studio Pro,
Please remember that by just setting up your profile details, does not guarantee a place in your class choices. You must have paid registration to be placed as 'active'
All students are listed as 'inactive' on the system until enrolment registration is paid. (The term class fee can be paid later) Be aware that someone can take your place if the registration is not completed.
Class sizes are limited so do not be one of those that missed out because you were slow to register.
These notes should help you navigate the DSP system.

- Register entering email and password as instructed. Follow the prompts to add your personal details
- Once on the homepage , click the tab ‘accounts”
- Go to register for class
- Add students as required by clicking the ‘add a student button’
- Fill in details as instructed
- Select the correct level tab eg. Junior Levels, Upper Levels
- Click the submit button
- And repeat if needed for additional siblings required
- Note that some classes overlap levels eg Tap levels, Excellence class etc So chose the right level for you. Chose the appropriate tab to match their age/ level classical ballet class
- Once all classes are selected press the finish registration now button. Note that registration fee and classes will be listed in the box with the ‘finish registration’ now button
- From there you will be taken to the payments page, where you will only be required to pay the registration fee .
- NB. If selecting a Theatre class an additional Workshop fee will added to that class.
